I looked at it and the package it is based on (The Next Generation) and I wouldn't be a bit surprise if that is based on PhpGedView. I have installed it on my laptop in the past but could not find a free site that supported the correct version of PHP.

Very cool. I've been starting one of these but only sporadically contributing to it.

I don't know what he's using, but its one of the coolest web-based tree presentations that I've seen.
